2. Agreement to these terms
By accessing the Site, purchasing Real Trend Pro, or using the indicator, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, you must not purchase or use the product.
3. Eligibility
You may only purchase Real Trend Pro if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. You are responsible for ensuring that using a trading analysis tool is lawful where you live.
4. What Real Trend Pro is
Real Trend Pro is an invite-only Pine Script indicator that runs inside TradingView. It plots trend direction, a trailing stop level, and suggested entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels on your chart.
Real Trend Pro is a charting and analysis tool only. It does not:
- place, execute, modify or close any trade;
- connect to your broker or exchange, or hold any funds;
- manage your account or determine your position size;
- provide personalised financial, investment or trading advice.

5. Licence granted to you
On payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Real Trend Pro on TradingView accounts belonging to you, for your own trading and analysis.
You must not:
- share, lend, sell, sub-license, rent or transfer your access to any other person;
- share your TradingView credentials in order to give others access to the script;
- copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract or recreate the source code or logic;
- publish, redistribute or republish the indicator or any derivative of it, whether free or paid;
- use the indicator to operate a signal service, managed account or commercial redistribution without our prior written permission.
Breach of this section entitles us to revoke your access immediately and without refund.
6. Delivery and access
Access is granted to the TradingView username you supply at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide the correct username — access granted to an incorrect username supplied by you is not our responsibility, though we will help where we reasonably can.
We aim to grant access within minutes of purchase and in all cases within 24 hours. Access is granted manually or semi-automatically and may occasionally be delayed. Delay in delivery does not entitle you to compensation.
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as we continue to publish and maintain Real Trend Pro on TradingView. It does not create an obligation on us to operate the product indefinitely, and it does not extend beyond the lifetime of the TradingView platform or of our business.
7. Price and payment
Real Trend Pro is sold for a one-time fee, stated in US dollars on the Site at the time of purchase. Payment is handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store your card details. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, currency conversion charges or bank fees applicable to your purchase.
We may change our prices, run promotions, or withdraw offers at any time. A change in price after your purchase does not entitle you to a partial refund or credit.
8. Refunds
Real Trend Pro is a digital product delivered immediately. All sales are final. Please read our Refund Policy in full before purchasing.
9. Dependence on TradingView
Real Trend Pro runs entirely on TradingView, which is an independent third-party platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TradingView.
Your use of TradingView is governed by TradingView's own terms of service. We are not responsible for TradingView outages, data errors, feed delays, pricing discrepancies, account suspensions, policy changes, or changes to Pine Script that affect how the indicator functions. Where such changes require us to modify the indicator, we will make reasonable efforts to do so, but we cannot guarantee continued availability.
10. Intellectual property
All rights in Real Trend Pro — including its source code, logic, name, branding, documentation and the content of this Site — belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these terms, share or resell your access, attempt to reverse engineer the product, initiate a fraudulent chargeback, or abuse our support channels.
12. No warranty
Real Trend Pro is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with your setup, or that its signals will be accurate, timely or profitable.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Real Trend Pro;
- our total aggregate liability to you, for any claim arising out of or relating to the product or these terms, is limited to the amount you actually paid us for Real Trend Pro.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the product, or your trading activity.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Your continued use of the Site or the product after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
16. Governing law
