We are a small team and we answer every email ourselves. Whether you are deciding whether to buy, having trouble with access, or want to tell us the indicator is doing something odd on your chart — write to us.
Response time
We typically reply within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. If you have not heard from us after 48 hours, please check your spam folder before writing again — automated replies from support addresses are sometimes filtered.
To get help fastest, include:
- your TradingView username (exactly as it appears on your profile);
- your order reference or the email address you paid with;
- the symbol and timeframe you were on, if it is a chart issue;
- a screenshot — it usually saves several rounds of email.
Access not showing up?
Access is granted to your TradingView username, usually within minutes and always within 24 hours. If it has not appeared, check that the username you gave at checkout matches your TradingView profile exactly, then email us and we will sort it out.
One thing we cannot help with. We are not licensed financial advisers, so we cannot tell you what to trade, what settings will be profitable for you, how much to risk, or whether to enter a particular position.
